Just two things

the detuned bell is.. well.. horrible... beyond all reason it just kills it for me, shatters my nostalgia factor for the song it feels like you're warping it!

Second the lead seems to have too much chorus, maybe a gold saw with bending sound, or better yet pan pipe or a gritty pan flute!

Anyways the rest is very good! nice work!

T1LTED responds:

Thanks! I actually got rid of the bell a while ago but never uploaded the final version. I appreciate your review !

This gets a 10.

Well hey there, decided to log in and review this one, tis really awesome, I love happy hardcore (bounc3s is my fav) but anywho, This song would def get a 10 if it had a low/bandpass maybe into a breakdwon and then the crazy kick after the build up, but its still a very good track, the gate is slightly loud, or the lead is too quiet? but this song is still very good, just throwing in some feedback. Anywho, keep up, i'd like to see more HH! :D

Catstuffer responds:

yea, this song is pretty old, I really didn't know ANYTHING about FL studio when I made this. I would never have known how to throw on automation effects when I made this.

Thanks for reviewing! I appreciate the feedback

Oh ho ho!

I see what you did thar!
(You've made a cool track!)

Loved everything about it!

Well no.. actually.. it was too short...

Did you see what I did thar?!

Catstuffer responds:

Who did what now?

Thanks for reviewing!!

:D :O and a bit of >:}D

:O I liked it! :D

But I spot to problems (just my opinion)
The Lead Synth used in 21-31 was a bit annoying the gate on it made me think there was something wrong with my internet, it's a bit sporadic and distracting, but maybe that's just me?

2, I think it could benifit from being 10 bpm faster or so. seemed a tad slow but I may just be used to the other POTC mixes NG. Anyways a truly awesome and creative track! :D

Catstuffer responds:

Thanks for your input djryo!

I appreciate your feedback.

I can honestly say this is an anthem. For SURE! I loaded this up seeing it on the top dance submissions, i had intended to just listen to a random song as I loaded up CoD:MW2 on my ps3 and listen to it. I chose yours, and I dropped my controller and had to write a review, so here it goes. The intro, in my opinion is the only things that needs work, a nice long build-up would be awesome, just using instrumentals (the happy hardcore-esque ones you're using) then have the vocals kick in maybe with a bad or lowpass to flow them easily then maybe slam the vocals and percussion track in hard, and then go into what you have already. This is just a suggestion, but I love what I have heard so far, keep it up.

Intresting...

This does indeed bring back memories of DKC, it's pretty well put together technically, quality is good, however the lead synth is very annoying, it really needs to be a a happy-hardcore type synth and an added gate would be very nice. The bassline is pretty good, the backing synth can be over-powering at times.. the steel drum needs more presence at emotion. Good none the less.

Originality: 3.5/5

Thanks for your review!
You have some points there, I'll keep it in mind for any next time ^^
Think I could have added a few more different synths indeed, though I like it this way too as it's simple and 'easy' to listen to.

Well sh*t damn..

As I listened to the first minute I thought, "Alright the piano is nice, good amount of reverv, and ooo a nice string ensemble , but where's anything original? This isn't exactly kicking in the memories of me and my snes" but as as the synth kicked in I disregarded all that, the evolution of this song is something truly original, it's great!

Scored 9/10, Voted 4/5, Very Nice job.

Soundshifter responds:

thank you for a thorough analysis. i'm glad you enjoyed it :)

UH..

It honestly just sounds like you added reverb to the original song aswell as a spiffed up rhythm/percussion track.. so you get a 6 for that. It's also too quiet. This isn't hate, it's constructive criticism. Don't take it personally this is only my opinion 6/10 2/10

BowserThedestructive responds:

Then i can namely call you stupid :P no the reverb i use in ALL OF MY 2009/2010 remuxes are all Placed within IR REALISTIC REVERB SPACES HAS IN REAL LIVE AREAS. But Lets just say Your Opinion is Fine But is also Stereotypical D:

And too quite isnt much of a reason to complain you have audio volume settings you do know this most reason mine are medium volume is because i hate LOUDNESS WAR so badely there for I Instruct all of my own remuxes with Dynamic Freedom. ^__^

Holy F*CK!

Now, this is what i'm talkin about! Pretty Damn Epic! I didn't know someone could rap to an orchestral track. Keep it up! 5/5 10/10 Good Creativity and Originality deserve a good score.

RemixF2D responds:
